BMC group journals are outside the scope of the read-publish agreement signed between Springer Nature and ULAKBİM. Therefore, article processing fees for open access publications in these journals cannot be paid by TÜBİTAK – ULAKBİM; However, with the pilot application initiated in BMC journals, researchers who publish in 62 BMC journals will pay 25% of the total APC fee.
