Within the scope of the EKUAL Project carried out by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, we provide access to electronic journals of Wiley publishing house.
The current 2022-2024 Wiley agreement, which is an access (Read) agreement, has been transformed into the “Read & Publish” model to cover the 3-year period 2026-2028.
TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM and Wiley “Free Open Access Article Publication Agreement” has been reactivated on February 17, 2026.
Detailed information regarding the agreement that allows you to publish free of charge (APC Free) in funded journals is as follows:
- The corresponding author can publish in open access or hybrid journals affiliated with Üsküdar University without paying an APC fee.
- The corresponding author must be an active member of the academic staff.
- It is valid for Research Article, Review Article, Data Article, and Rapid Publication article types.
- The key criterion for benefiting from the agreement fund is the article acceptance date. Articles accepted on or after February 17, 2026 will be evaluated under the agreement.
- The list of eligible journals is attached.
- The agreement has been signed for a three-year period (2026–2028). The list of journals eligible for publication will be updated annually.
